“Paul was helpful and very patient with us as we were choosing windows for our listed property and submitting for consent. He produced several detailed window designs and quotes for us. After visiting the factory we choose to go with Deben Joinery as we were impressed at the quality of materials, workmanship, and the professional set up. They also offered an in house professional spray service so we could get a fully finished window with a different colour external and internal. Communication was brilliant and Paul and team worked hard to get our windows delivered on a tight schedule even though they had a lot of work on.

“The windows have transformed the house and even though we are not living in the house yet we can admire them! We were constantly kept informed of the progress of order and were told in advance of catches that weren’t in stock. When it did arrive someone came out to fit on site and also dropped off a primer which was really helpful for the architrave surrounding the window. Basically they have gone above and beyond.
We are now in the process of ordering a front door and cannot wait to work with Paul and the Deben Joinery team again to create a statement piece for our home.”
